Jessica works directly with clients across the globe and specializes in leadership coaching, employee engagement assessments and statistical/theoretical analysis. She partners with clients and other assessment project managers to execute survey administration, data collection, and analysis. Jessica is experienced in developing customized surveys for clients based on their organizational values and strategic business objectives.
Jessica received a Ph.D. in Applied Social Psychology from Brigham Young University with an emphasis in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She was a professor at Brigham Young University in the Psychology Department.
