Brian Baxter has 30 years of diverse, global human resources experience in multiple industries including high-tech, manufacturing, banking, direct sales, and retail security. Over the course of his career, he has worked for Intel, Wells Fargo, ADP, Modere, Xango, InVue Securities Products, and Deseret Mutual Benefits Administrators. In addition, he has provided consulting services for multiple companies, including Mrs. Fields Cookies and Ephesoft. He has managed HR teams and projects throughout the world, and has fulfilled long-term work assignments in Penang, Malaysia and Moscow, Russia. Brian is also an Adjunct Professor in the Management Department at Brigham Young University and serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) in Alexandria, Virginia.
Brian holds an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Long Beach City College, a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Brigham Young University, and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Utah. He has been active in his communities having served as Chairman of the Board of Adjustments and as a member of the Planning Commission for the City of Alpine, Utah.
