  • Executive Assistant

    The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of daily office activities, such as:
    • Provide administrative support to the DecisionWise CEO, executive officers, and consulting team
    • Provide administrative support for Human Resources initiatives and our internal HR function
    • Under the direction of the COO, fulfill basic HR responsibilities
    • Answer telephones – field and direct client calls
    • Manage executive and consulting team calendars, including coordinating key client meetings
    • Coordinate and arrange domestic and international travel
    • Oversee office functionality and facilities; maintain office supplies and company materials
    • Plan and direct internal company events; assist in the coordination of marketing and training events

  • Senior Consultant

    We conduct assessments (surveys and evaluations) for our clients about organization, team, and individual leadership behavior, competency, and performance. Results are reviewed with the organization and/or individual, and our team provides coaching and accountability around action plans. Our clients are corporate executives, leaders from all major industry groups, senior HR professionals, learning and development practitioners, and educational and government institutions. This position is based in our Springville, Utah, USA headquarters.

    This is an exciting opportunity to interact with key stakeholders of organizations, and to provide guidance that results in positive change. We are seeking a senior-level consultant experienced in providing:
    • Organization assessments (employee engagement surveys, team effectiveness surveys, and talent succession planning processes) and recommendations
    • Executive and senior-level one-on-one coaching
    • Organization succession, organization development, and change initiatives
    • Business development and client account management

  • Consultant

    Our consultants are responsible for working directly with our clients in assessment, feedback, coaching, and organization development. Consultants travel frequently, as they spend most of their time interacting with our clients and leading our project teams. This is a highly demanding and equally rewarding position that creates personal growth while helping our clients succeed.

  • Psychometrician/Analyst

    Open Date: TBD // Close Date: TBD

    Psychometricians develop the assessments used for 360-degree feedback, employee surveys, and talent assessment. Their role is to determine how best to measure what the client is targeting, develop or recommend the appropriate instrument(s), and provide the more in-depth statistical analysis of the results. They work closely with the Project Managers and Consultants, as well as our research team.
