Talent Matrix
Gain a Clear Picture of the Talent in Your Organization
The Talent Matrix Report compares scores and results for all candidates. A customized succession planning and talent management matrix will be developed based on the client's needs. Each candidate will be placed in the matrix as determined by the talent review process and the subsequent talent review meeting. This report is provided in PowerPoint format and includes the following information:
- Overall scores by category (Results Focus, Leadership, Growth Potential)
- Distribution of individual scores
- Pools of talent (High Potentials, Top Performers, Strong & Steady, Low Performers)
- Ranking of candidates based on assessment results
- Development pathways and recommendations for each group
In addition, a binder is created for each senior manager with the ranked list of all participants and the summary results of each candidate. This provides senior leaders an overview of all participants for use during the Talent Review Meeting and for future reference as they make promotion decisions.
