Individual Leadership Summary Report
Once assessments are completed and analyzed by our Talent Assessment teams, results from each Talent Assessment Process (TAP) are summarized in a comprehensive, yet brief, report known as the Leadership Intelligence Profile.
The Leadership Intelligence Profile report includes written observations and recommendations which are provided by the consultant who conducted the Talent Interview. The reports are provided to the organization, and are designed to be used as an at-a-glance summary of individual talent across the organization. Where appropriate, these reports can also be provided to the participant and his or her manager.
The Leadership Intelligence Profile, each full assessment report, and an action planner are compiled into a binder for each individual. This binder serves as a complete leadership profile that will be used as a personal development resource for ongoing development.
Leadership Intelligence Profile Debrief
Rather than simply providing the complete binder to the participant, a DecisionWise Talent Consultant will meet with each participant and review the results of each assessment and talent interview. This goes far beyond simply providing each participant with his or her scores. The purpose of this debrief is to identify strengths and areas for improvement, as well as to begin formulating an action plan for further development. During this debrief, it is also often appropriate to involve the participant's supervisor in the last half of the debrief, as it serves as a formal hand-off to the participant and his/her supervisor. This helps ensure accountability for action.
Coaching debriefs are conducted on-site or by telephone, and can last from 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on number of assessments used and level of action planning. We can also train professionals within organizations to conduct these debriefs, where appropriate. Additional coaching is also available.
