- Expertise: Each Talent Assessment Process begins under the direction of a TAP Facilitator. Our facilitators typically have doctoral or master's degrees related to assessing talent, and have extensive HR, industrial/organizational psychology, business, and coaching backgrounds. The TAP Facilitator's responsibility is to ensure that your process increases performance.
- Assessments: In addition to our extensively researched proprietary assessments, we have access to the most extensive library of assessments available. Because of our credentials in psychometric assessment, we are able to take advantage of over 500 assessment instruments, which means we are able to develop a comprehensive TAP for any organization or position.
- Coaching: While assessing talent is essential, without follow-up development and coaching, the full potential of the TAP is not realized. Our facilitators provide expert assessment debrief, as well as provide guidance in developing and following up on organizational and individual action plans.
