DecisionWise Releases New Leadership Intelligence 360 Suite to Measure Critical Leadership Competencies
Provo, UT March 1, 2009--DecisionWise, an international leader in the development of 360 degree feedback assessments, announces the release an updated suite of Leadership Intelligence 360 Surveys to accurately measure the leadership competencies needed for today's leaders. The suite of Leadership Intelligence 360s includes assessments for executives, business leaders, team leaders, and individual contributors. These surveys have been used for over 10 years as the foundation for leadership development for thousands of leaders. The new versions have been designed to provide more relevant and targeted feedback in today’s changing business environment. It consists of the most critical leadership competencies based years of DecisionWise research. Some of these leadership competencies include: Integrity and Trust, Innovation and Creativity, Results Orientation, and Managing Change.
The Leadership Intelligence 360s also utilize a set of leadership derailers to identify detrimental behaviors that impede a person from becoming an effective leader. Derailers are specific negative behaviors that cannot be identified on a standard 360 degree feedback assessment. Some of these derailers include: Being a Micromanager, Lack of Focus, Lack of Confidence, Arrogance, Not a Team Player, and Being Volatile.
