DecisionWise Welcomes Linda Linfield as Director of Talent Assessment and International Consulting
Provo, UT December 21, 2010 -- DecisionWise (http://www.decision-wise.com), announced today that Linda Linfield has joined its senior leadership team as the Director of Talent Assessment and International Consulting.
Drawing on her extensive experience in organizational transformation and communication, Linda has effectively coached high-level decision makers for over two decades. In her prior role as Director of Learning & Development for Novell, she worked with leadership and management teams across geopolitical and cultural boundaries, including Europe, Asia, Australia, and throughout the Americas. Linda currently has responsibility for the DecisionWise international network of associate consultants.
Linda's career in the high-tech and healthcare sectors includes leadership coaching with executives, mid-managers, and employees. With expertise in Talent Management, Linda leads the DecisionWise Talent Assessment Process (TAP) division, directing the DecisionWise team of consultants and project managers in working with clients to assess and improve leadership effectiveness. Linda holds B.A. and M.A. degrees in Communications from Brigham Young University, where she subsequently taught strategic planning and writing courses. She is certified in facilitating and leading workshops in various psychometric assessments, and has led customized leadership programs in more than 30 countries.
