360 Performance Appraisal
A 360 evaluation provides a more complete picture of a person's performance. Traditional top-down (Supervisor-only) evaluations tend to reward those who deliver results, and penalize those who don't comply with basic guidelines.
360 evaluations provide insights into quality of work, leadership qualities, effective relationships, and provide a more complete view of an employee's performance.
We use the DecisionWise Talent Inventory Profile (TIP) as a standard, benchmarked and validated tool for measuring performance on four key performance dimensions:

We can develop a custom 360 evaluation specific to employee roles and functions. We administer 360-degree appraisals online and/or on paper through a simple and flexible process. Our online 360-degree feedback system allows for fast and easy access to the survey and report.
