For nearly two decades, DecisionWise has provided feedback to organizations across the globe. By taking advantage of our professional expertise and extensive knowledge of organizational and individual behavior, our teams gather feedback via our proprietary survey software application (Leadership Intelligence System®) and consulting services. We then use this data to create Leadership Intelligence through awareness, develop action plans, and promote accountability for performance.
