White Paper: The 3 Essential Components of Employee Engagement. This white paper describes the foundation elements of employee engagement and how they contribute to increased performance. It is required reading before the workshop begins.

Employee Engagement 360 Assessment: As part of this training, each participant will take the DecisionWise Employee Engagement 360 Assessment. This instrument is based on over 15 years of DecisionWise research on the leader's roll in employee engagement. The assessment will gather feedback from the participant's boss, direct reports, and peers (if applicable) on how well they demonstrate the most critical leadership behaviors that impact employee engagement. Participants will learn how to interpret their assessment results during the interactive session and create a personal action plan based on their feedback.

Follow-up Review: After the seminar, you will submit your personal employee engagement action plan for review by the course instructor, Paul Warner. Paul will review your plan and provide additional suggestions and recommendations to help ensure your success.

Slides from the Presentation: The workshop slides are filled with the latest research on a leader’s impact on employee engagement, practical suggestions, and step-by-step guidelines on how to increase engagement. The slides will serve as a ready reference for leaders to use as they implement their own employee engagement action plans.

Paul Warner
Paul Warner is the Director of Consulting Services for DecisionWise, Inc. and has trained thousands of managers from across the world on employee engagement. He recently published an article in the Canadian HR Reporter titled Get the Most out of Engagement Surveys. He is a candidate for a dual PhD in Clinical and Industrial-Organizational Psychology and has a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology.
