During an onsite meeting, a senior DecisionWise consultant presents the overall results and provides interpretation and insight. We share comparative information and discuss possible reasons behind the scores. The consultant facilitates a group discussion on what the results mean overall for the company and the impact the results have on company performance.
The value of our insights and research becomes most apparent in this phase of the process as we highlight key findings and relevant strengths, gaps, and trends. Leaders will be able to quantify current employee engagement and value alignment, as well as understand the possible reasons behind the scores.
After reviewing the findings, the consultant will facilitate an action planning session with the executive team in order to create specific plans to improve performance in the organization. The outcome of this process will be the creation of development actions that meet business strategies.
