DecisionWise Employee Engagement Profile
The Employee Engagement Profile is an in-depth analysis and interpretation of survey results tied to key business metrics. This report is a summary of the results from a comprehensive statistical analysis and provides recommendations for improvement. The results are normally presented during a two-hour onsite meeting by a DecisionWise consultant to the senior management team. The Employee Engagement Profile provides information critical for leaders to turn the employee feedback into action steps for improvement.

Executive Summary
This section answers shows the basic data for the executive team including high and low scores, improvement trends, participation rates, and results by demographic categories (department, tenure, job function, etc.).

Opportunities
We clearly identify the two to three most important employee engagement opportunities that need to be addressed by the company.
