The consultant facilitates a group discussion on what the results mean overall for the company and the impact the results have on company performance.
The value of our insights and research becomes most apparent in this phase of the process as we highlight key findings and relevant strengths, gaps, and trends. Leaders will be able to quantify current employee engagement and value alignment, as well as understand the possible reasons behind the scores.
