Tracy Maylett
President and CEO
Tracy's business, coaching, and consulting background extends over a period of two decades and across five continents. With experience in technology, retail, government, education, healthcare, and manufacturing environments, Dr. Maylett has worked with executive and leadership teams in nearly 30 countries.
Tracy joined as President of DecisionWise, coming from a position as Vice President of Organization Effectiveness at Modus Media International in Boston. Prior roles included human resources, retail management, training and development, and process management. He has also taught in the Department of Organization Leadership and Strategy at the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University. Tracy has a Doctorate in Organization Change from Pepperdine University, an M.B.A. from Brigham Young University and a B.A. in Education from Utah State University. He is certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR), and is the author of numerous professional and academic publications relating to feedback, leadership, human resources, and change.

Paul Warner
Director of Consulting Services / Organizational Leadership Coach
Paul is a leadership consultant and expert in the field of coaching, assessment, and organization change and development. He has over a decade of experience in coaching, industrial psychology, team performance, leadership development, and consulting with some of the most admired companies in the world. Before joining DecisionWise, Paul was the president of Warner Consulting Group, which specialized in organization assessment and development. Paul currently leads the consulting and change practice at DecisionWise.
He has worked with both large and small companies in training and development capacities, and uses the most innovative tools to bring about change in individuals and organizations through coaching and feedback. He is trained and certified to administer advanced psychological assessment tools in the areas of personality, leadership, conflict, and emotional intelligence. Most recently, Paul has gained recognition for his international research and achievements in employee engagement. He has worked in various locations across the globe, including living in Europe and in various states in the U.S.
Paul has a Masters Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and is a dual PhD candidate in Clinical and Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. He has also received extensive training and experience in the area of executive coaching through the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management. His research interests are in the fields of Employee Engagement, Talent Management, and Leadership Coaching.
Paul is a widely respected facilitator for executive and management teams, as well as increasing employee engagement.

Linda Linfield
Director, Talent Assessment & Development / Sr. Consultant
Drawing on her extensive experience in organizational transformation and communication, Linda has effectively coached high-level decision makers for over two decades. In her prior role as Director of Learning & Development for Novell, she worked with leadership and management teams across geopolitical and cultural boundaries, including extensive experience in Europe, Asia, and Australia, and throughout the Americas. Linda currently has responsibility for the DecisionWise international network of associate consultants.
Linda's career in the high-tech and healthcare sectors includes executive, mid-manager, and employee coaching. With expertise in Talent Management, Linda leads our Talent Assessment Process (TAP) division, directing our team of consultants and assessment project managers in working with clients in TAP efforts. She also has extensive experience in 360-degree feedback, employee engagement, change management, performance management, and organizational communications. Linda holds B.A. and M.A. degrees in Communications from Brigham Young University, where she subsequently taught strategic planning and writing courses. She is certified in facilitating and leading workshops in various psychometric assessments, and has led customized leadership programs in more than 30 countries.

Todd Cummings
DecisionWise Associate Consultant
Todd brings over 15 years of professional experience that builds on an interesting blend of practical application in consulting, project management, and training and development. As a Management Consultant with Cairo-based Skopos Consulting, he spent time in change programs in organizations at both corporate and operational levels. He has consulted in many companies throughout the Middle East and Africa including Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Kuwait, Jordan, and Lebanon.
Todd has two Masters Degrees from the University of Utah in Public Administration and Political Science. He used these degrees to focus on development principles and political systems in developing countries. He went on to teach international political systems at the college level while he was working for Discover Financial Services, a Morgan Stanley Company at the time. Shortly after leaving Discover Financial, he started impact Solutions, focusing on the training and development of leaders. Mr. Cummings currently leads consulting services with DecisionWise and impact in various areas throughout Africa and the Middle East.

Scott Bleggi
DecisionWise Associate Consultant
Scott Bleggi is an international development and agribusiness expert. He is a former government executive and U.S. Foreign Service Officer with leadership experience managing multi-cultural staffs in conflict resolution, coaching, career development, and performance assessment. His clients include federal agencies and companies focusing on organization and employee development, as well as assessment.
Mr. Bleggi's federal career spanned nearly 30 years with the Departments of Agriculture, Commerce, and State. He is an international economist who began as a merchandiser, providing U.S. grain and commodities for use in emergency disaster assistance overseas. He then joined the Foreign Agricultural Service where he had postings as Attaché in the EU and Latin America. In his last assignment, he was European Director, managing 14 embassy offices and 50 American and local staff. After leaving federal service, he was Practice Director of an IT and Management Services Consulting company and a Trade and Government Specialist with a Washington, DC law firm. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, USDA Graduate School, the Foreign Service Institute and the National Foreign Affairs Training Center.

Kathy Buckner
DecisionWise Associate Consultant
Kathy is a consultant, speaker, and executive coach. She is expert in the areas of leadership development, succession planning, and career and work/life planning. Her clients include a number of Fortune 500 companies, as well as organizations in various industries. Prior to starting a successful consulting practice, she was Vice President of Consulting at Novations Group, a human resource consulting firm.
Ms. Buckner is a popular speaker at national and regional conferences, and has published a number of book chapters and articles on leadership development, employee development, and succession planning. She has been an adjunct faculty member for Penn State Executive Programs. Kathy is the co-author of Beyond Juggling: Rebalancing Your Busy Life, and has worked as a consulting expert on work-life issues to a number of popular publications, including Executive Female and Ladies Home Journal. Kathy holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Behavior from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University.

Karen Donaldson

Karen is an executive coach with expertise in leadership development, leadership competencies, training facilitation, and succession planning. With over 15 years of executive development experience, Karen has coached business leaders in companies such as IBM, GE, Johnson & Johnson, KPMG, The Financial Times, Smith Barney, Marsh McLennan, Affinity, and Spiegel. She also provides consulting to New York University's Stern School of Business. She is an adjunct professor of Training and Development in the Graduate Human Resource Management program of Mercy College.
Karen was the founder of Leadership Development Resources, a consulting firm providing leadership coaching and training to Fortune 500 executives. Previously, she held global responsibility for succession planning for several of IBM's largest groups. She has human resources and change management consulting experience with Arthur Andersen and with the New York Life Insurance Company. Her expertise is grounded with an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a BS from Syracuse University.
