Developing Future Leaders

As part of a succession plan, we coach those identified as High Potentials. Our coaching is tailored to the individual's opportunities and growth plans. We coach leaders to reach their highest potential, sharpen their strengths, and raise their level of contribution in preparation for increased responsibilities. We help already good leaders become truly great.

Scope of Engagement
Coaching engagements vary in scope based on the desired outcome. We provide three general levels of coaching:
  • Alert: Helps leaders gain a better understanding and increased awareness. Through this process, leaders learn about themselves and the impact they have on the organization. The coach facilitates interpretation of feedback and setting development goals. This requires a single coaching session.
  • Elevate: This level of coaching helps leaders target a higher level of performance. Through this process, leaders learn about themselves and the impact they have on the organization. The coach facilitates interpretation of feedback, goal setting, and creating a development plan. The process concludes with a three-way meeting between the coach, the leader and the leader's supervisor. This requires two or three coaching sessions over a few weeks.
  • Achieve: This process helps leaders achieve a measurable result or change. Through this process, leaders grow to a high level of performance. The coach acts as a personal trainer, facilitating change and results achievement. The focus is on improving performance and meeting well defined goals. This process provides well defined targets and begins and ends with a 360 degree feedback to measure behavior change. This process requires multiple coaching sessions over six to 12 months.
Resources
A successful coaching relationship requires a good match between the leader and the coach. We help you choose a coach appropriate for the leader's work experience and responsibility level. We work to ensure a good fit and a relationship of trust with our selective group of experienced coaches.
