Paul is a leadership consultant and expert in the field of coaching, assessment, and organization change and development. He has over a decade of experience in coaching, industrial psychology, team performance, leadership development, and consulting with some of the most admired companies in the world. Before joining DecisionWise, Paul was the president of Warner Consulting Group, which specialized in organization assessment and development. Paul currently leads the consulting and change practice at DecisionWise.
He has worked with both large and small companies in training and development capacities, and uses the most innovative tools to bring about change in individuals and organizations through coaching and feedback. He is trained and certified to administer advanced psychological assessment tools in the areas of personality, leadership, conflict, and emotional intelligence. Most recently, Paul has gained recognition for his international research and achievements in employee engagement. He has worked in various locations across the globe, including living in Europe and in various states in the U.S.
Paul has a master's degree in industrial-organizational psychology, and a dual Ph.D. in clinical/industrial-organizational psychology. He has also received extensive training and experience in the area of executive coaching through the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management. His research interests are in the fields of employee engagement, talent management, and leadership coaching.
