DecisionWise, Inc. is a management consulting firm specializing in leadership and organization development using assessments, feedback, coaching, and training. DecisionWise was founded in 1996, is privately owned, and based in Provo, Utah.
Our Leadership Intelligence® process leads to more effective working relationships, higher levels of employee engagement, and increased business performance. We provide our consulting and assessment services to organizations in over 30 countries and in 23 languages, including many Fortune 500 companies, government organizations, and non-profits.

Our logo shows a stylized "D," where people are at the center. The top of the D is open, representing an open mind, allowing information to flow freely.
