Outcomes
Feedback is about perceptions. Perceptions become reality. The way we are perceived by others affects the way they respond to us. Their decisions and actions toward us are based on how they perceive us. These perceptions impact our conversations, our relationships, and what we do. The way others perceive us ultimately determines the results we get.
We may or may not want to know how others see us> However, we need to know the impact that our actions have on other people. Without feedback we are unable to improve our interactions with them. Without feedback, what would keep us from inventing our own reality?
