360-Degree Feedback Reports
Leadership Intelligence Individual Profile
The Leadership Intelligence Individual Profile displays 360-degree feedback in a clear and intuitive format using colored bar charts. The report helps participants to understand perceptions by rater group for each competency area and behavior. The Leadership Intelligence Profile includes the following sections:
- Demographic Summary: Describes the amount and percentage of respondents by rater group using pie charts. It can also list the name of each rater and indicate who responded to the survey. This is helpful for participants when conducting follow-up meetings with raters to discuss their feedback and action plans.
- Leadership Intelligence Summary: Shows the overall score and average score for each competency with a comparison to the organization norm. Bars illustrate the score and a red vertical line indicates the norm. This page provides a bird's eye view of the results.
- Leadership Intelligence Focus Areas: Displays the five highest and lowest scoring behaviors (questions) relative to the organization norm. Participants can quickly see their strengths and potential weaknesses.
- Leadership Intelligence Behavior Summary: Lists the results for each behavior (question) by competency area using bar charts. A red vertical line indicates the norm for each question. Scores are broken out by rater group (supervisor, self, peers, direct reports) to help participants see gaps in perception.
- Comments:. Open ended comments are provided verbatim sorted by rater group. This helps the participant identify general themes and specific areas that need attention.
- Leadership Intelligence Action Planner: This section guides participants as they develop goals around their strengths, derailers, and gaps. SMART goals are used to create a personal development plan.
Norming Comparisons and Trending:
Individual reports can show up to two comparison indicators. These indicators are shown as red and/or green vertical lines on the report. Norm lines can indicate the group average, top 10 percent of scores, or an average for a particular group (i.e. overall average vs. average for one department). A green line indicator can be used to show the individual’s score from the previous year (trending).
