A DecisionWise project manager works with you to create a rater list, adminster the survey online, and provide the 360 degree feedback report. A DecisionWise senior consultant will then conduct a 1.5 hour telephone coaching session to help the participant interpret the results and create an action plan. The participant's boss is welcomed to join the last 15-30 minutes of the call to learn how to support the individual in his or her progress.
