Leadership Intelligence 360 Survey for Executives: This 360 degree feedback survey is designed to measure the strategic behaviors most important to leadership success as well as critical derailers that can hinder an executive leader's performance.

Leadership Intelligence Group Profile: This 25-page report identifies the leadership teams' strongest competencies as well as critical derailers that sabotage an organization's success. Included is a Leadership Intelligence Gap Analysis that shows how leaders perceive themselves compared to those that they work with. The report is reviewed with the CEO by a DecisionWise senior consultant who provides recommendations for future development activities.

360 Degree Feedback Group Coaching Workshop: This 4-hour workshop is ideal for strengthening relationships on the executive team and addressing issues that rarely get discussed. An expert DecisionWise consultant facilitates the group workshop by creating a safe environment where leaders hold each other accountable for results.

360 Degree Feedback Individual Coaching: Individual sessions allow executives to open up about their feedback and confront critical issues that they are reluctant to share with their CEO.
