360-Degree Feedback Advanced Coaching Certification
Participants complete a two-day open enrollment workshop that is designed to train HR professionals on how to coach others and learn advanced uses for 360-degree feedback. This program is also approved for 12.5 (General) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.

- Use DecisionWise 360-degree feedback tools for team, department, or function to improve group performance
- Use DecisionWise 360-degree feedback tools for development, performance appraisal, succession planning, and employee engagement
