360 Degree Feedback Advanced Coaching Certification
Participants complete a two-day open enrollment workshop that is designed to train HR professionals on how to coach others and learn advanced uses for 360 degree feedback. This program is also approved for 11.75 (General) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.
